We’ll be taking up a donation for Haiti on Sunday, to supply much needed items, including meals. Consider fasting and praying one day this week and using the funds you would have spent on food to give to this important cause. This is a great way to introduce your kids to God’s heart for the world and the needs that are our there.

We’ll be giving the money we raise to Convoy of Hope, which has already provided over 1 million meals in Haiti. Here’s a blog post and video with details on the work they are doing in Haiti: https://convoyofhope.org/disaster-services/7-2-magnitude-earthquake-strikes-haiti/

We’ll collect the offering on Sunday, but if you prefer to give online, you can do so at sfvineyard.com/give. Select “Missions” from the dropdown so we know it’s for Convoy of Hope.

Also, just a heads up that we’ll have a church potluck in two weeks, on the first Sunday in September. It’s been a long time since we’ve had one, and it’s about time we started them up again. It’s a great way to connect with each other!

Thanks again for rising up to the cause with Haiti and I look forward to seeing you on Sunday.

All the best,
Pastor Kevin
